How does Found!t work?

• Getting started is simple:

• Download and subscribe to Found!t (join your school community)

• Collect and register your smart tags

• Attach the tags to your child's school item and you’re good to go

• When your child loses an item at school, a teacher only needs to scan the tag and you are instantly notified it has been found and where to collect.

What Found!t tags are available?

• Stickers - Our stickers can be stuck on directly to your items (plastic, wooden and metal), these are intended for lunch boxes, water bottles, calculators and other hard school supplies. 

• Clothing tags - These are designed to be ironed onto the clothing item directly. See instructions on how you do this.  

• Button tags - These are designed to be sewn onto clothes.

How do I apply the Found!t tags to my items? 

• We have a variety of tags to choose from to suit the variety of school items. Head over to our How To page for hands on instructions on how to apply each tag.  

Need more Found!t tags! where can I get them?

• Fantastic! Great to hear they're in use.

• If you are part of our exclusive launch you will be able to collect more directly from the school office.

• Otherwise, you will soon be able to order more tags directly from our website. Leave your details in the Connect with us form and you'll be first to know when new features are added.

Is there any special equipment needed to get started?

All you need is our Found!t tag and the Found!t app on your smart phone and you're good to go.

Does Found!t really save me time and money?

• Lost property in the UK cost families £600mil a year. That's at least £100 per child per academic year - on top of usual school uniform and supplies!

• With Found!t and in collaboration with your child's school, you receive instant notification when your items are found and where to collect. This removes the stress and anxiety of endless whatsapp hunts and saves you time and money replacing them.

I have multiple children that attend different schools, does this change the subscription fee?

• Absolutely not! The subscription fee is per household, this means if you have multiple children attending different schools you only pay the subscription fee once per annum. You have a clear inventory which shows all of your children's items making it easier for you to track.

Can both parents have access to the same Found!t account?

• Great question, the current version of the Found!t app cannot support this, bare with us we are working on it! If you are particularly interested in this feature Connect with us directly or via the app and you'll be first to know when it's launched.

When will Found!t be used at my child's school?

• We want to make a positive impact in all communities which we serve and are working as hard as possible to make sure Found!t does just this. Which is why we have limited roll out to select schools to begin with. Please bare with us! Use our Connect page to send us the name of your school and Borough so we can add it to our wait list! we hope to see you soon. 

Does Found!t provide location tracking for lost items?

We respect your privacy! There is no tracking capability with Found!t tags. Found!t enables the finder to instantly notify you when your lost item has been found and where to collect.
