Our Service provides you with the opportunity to add a smart tag to your belonging, assign the item to your child and when items are found trigger to be notified when lost items are found.

The Service helps record, match, and return lost items between schools and parents / owners. We do not guarantee recovery of any item and are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from the use of the platform.

Schools and parents are responsible for the accuracy of any information they upload (e.g., item descriptions, student names).

Any use of the Content not expressly permitted by these Terms and Conditions is a breach of these Terms and Conditions and may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws. Any user who uses the Services for improper purposes will have his/her account terminated, and, in appropriate circumstances, will be reported to appropriate law enforcement authorities. Content and features are subject to change or termination without notice in the editorial discretion of Found!t. Found!t reserves the right to reject or terminate any user account or Services at any time.

Users are free to terminate the Services at any time. If you need assistance in deactivating your account, please contact us.

The Content, including without limitation, the software, the text, site design, logos, graphics, trademarks, service marks icons and images, as well as the selection, assembly and arrangement thereof are the sole property of Found!t or its licensors, and are protected by applicable copyright laws.

Unless otherwise stated, the Content may not be used without the express written consent of Found!t. The reproduction, modification, distribution, transmission, republication, display or performance of any content from Found!t is strictly prohibited.

Permission is granted to electronically display and electronically copy and to print hard copy portions of public areas of the Site as well as your own personal profile for your own non-commercial use.

You understand that you are solely responsible for any damage to your computer system or loss of data that results from any material and/or data downloaded from or otherwise provided by Found!t through the Site.

Found!t are not responsible for any damage to property registered or located through the site or any damage arising out of or related to the loss or return of the property.

Found!t cannot be held responsible for the accuracy of information that you or third parties provide to us or input into or through the Site. You are responsible for providing accurate data related to the Site.

Injunctive Relief:

In the event of a breach or threatened breach of these Terms and Conditions, or other circumstances which threaten to cause or are causing irreparable harm, Found!t shall have the right to seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Statue of Limitations:
